contest”) believing that they might not overcome the “scientific
evidence” the prosecution had against them?
Earlier this year,
Public Safety discovered that their research laboratory falsified test
leads to cases from 38 counties since 2006 once examining proof in over
five,000 cases. Innocent individuals were condemned and sentenced to
years in jail. The research laboratory manager wrote, ”We are sorry for
any inconvenience”. Incredible! Fingerprint proof was solid in
criminal cases in new york and proof was “fabricated” in drug and arranged cases.
How
can this be? how can this fraud and also the resulting injustice happen
everywhere our nice country, year after year? Why does “
law
enforcement” authorities enable this to happen. and habitually look the
opposite way? It’s because the cops, agents and prosecutors need to win
their cases. Guilt or innocence doesn’t appear to touch on too several
of the people that we entrust enforcement to. It is, and has invariably
been a national disgrace. Sadly, several judges don’t appear to care;
they usually render choices to justify or decision the clear
prosecutorial misconduct “harmless error”. So, the police and Federal
agents still violate our Constitutional rights, they sometimes go away
with it.
So, what's the answer? Simple: elect Democrats as
governors, senators and as our President who can appoint judges and
Supreme Court justices who respect and can enforce our Constitutional
rights. The recent Senate vote to permit an easy majority vote for
approval of judicial appointees are a significant step within the right
direction, a minimum of for consecutive 3 years. The vote was the only
thanks to get judges appointed to our administrative division and
proceeding courts since the Republicans blocked the majority of
President Obama’s nominees to our Federal courts. No more! the
advantages are felt for years to come.
